"Please check Proxy Settings" error is shown at e² studio launch

Question:

Every Each time e² studio is launch, the following message appears. "Unable to download Smart Manual Catalog. Please check Proxy Settings and restart e² studio."

Answer:

This message is caused by a network connection failure. Otherwise, the file transfer method is unsupported for downloading the catalog file. If the message is shown even with no network connection failures, please try this workaround procedure.

[Workaround]
Please add the following line in e2studio.ini, which is at "eclipse" folder of e² studio installation folder.
Then please launch e² studio.

-Dorg.eclipse.ecf.provider.filetransfer.excludeContributors=org.eclipse.ecf.provider.filetransfer.httpclient4

Note 1: The description should to be added below the lines with "-vmargs" descriptions.
Note 2: This is known issue on the eclipse platform.
