How are the electrical characteristics of a product measured?
The electrical characteristics of a MOSFET are measured using a dedicated semiconductor tester and the actual MOSFET product. The measuring conditions are set to the tester before measurement. The semiconductor tester was made to control the voltage and current added to the MOSFET which is to be measured, according to the conditions set internally. It calculates voltage and current values measured for each characteristic, and displays the results.
